Add-on services?

Hi Anne,

Was just looking for where I could add extra bandwidth or drive space in small increments...I seem to recall I used to be able to do this, but now can not find where to make the purchase. :)

I had THOUGHT it was in Cart, but it says helpfully "If you wish to add or remove domain extras, click on "Choose, View, Add, or Remove Domain Extras" under Domain/Other Packages in Cart."...but that option isn't there. :)

Am I blind?

Nope you're not blind. Click "View/Edit" next to "Number of hosting plans in your account" in the main Member home area after you login at www.12wonderwebservices.com. To the right of the domain name for each paid-up hosting account you will see "U" for upgrade (package); "A" for addon (bandwidth).

You can add bandwidth to any paid hosting package, but for space increases you have to upgrade the whole package (this is to keep server resources balanced).

Upgrades and bandwidth addons are pro-rated to your billing cycle, so in order for the pro-rate to be properly calculated, you have to first pay whatever open invoice is on the account before the little "U" or "A" icons will be visible to you.
