PHP.ini editing

I've done a search of the forums, and found no info, so hopefully this isn't a repeat post or anything. :)

Is there any way I can modify php.ini? Specifically, I'd like to increase the upload_max_filesize parameter, to allow videos larger than 2MB to be uploaded into my 4images image gallery.

No, you cannot edit php.ini. But check your pm's in a minute.
