I apologize - there is obviously something very obvious that I am not seeing. I have installed SiteBuilder in our cpanel. But how do I start building my site? I end up first on the cpanel SiteBuilder page, which says I have Site Builder installed, but can't click on the SiteBuilder icon or any other except on the left menu. The SiteBuilder link leaves me on the same page. The "Need any help? Visit our site" link at the bottom of the text sends me to the SiteBuilder home page, but I can't login there. I can see the tutorials, but can't get to a screen that would let me do what the tutorial says I will do.

I did browse their templates and previewed several, but don't seem to be able to actually select one to use.

Please help. And again, apologies for being so dense.

Trying to recreate what I struggled with last night.
On the http://altaiassistanceproject.org:2082/frontend/sitebcx/sitebcx/index.php page, if I try view my site I get an empty folder structure. If I click on Manage my site I go to http://altaiassistanceproject.org/sitebcx/index.php but can't log in. Even copying and pasting from the email that lists the cpanel ID and password still get an Error: invalid login.

Thank you.

Sounds like at first you did not complete the entire installation all the way through the process until getting to the page that says "Publish Site Complete".

Also you did not follow instructions about the www in the URL. This is very important for Site Builder. Visitors to your site will be able to view it either with or without the www, but when working with Site Builder on your admin end or in your cpanel, you MUST include the www in your admin url at all times.

Note #3 in your Welcome email:
3. Surf (go) to http://www.altaiassistanceproject.org/sitebcx/ and login with username "(hidden)" and whatever password you set. IMPORTANT: You MUST use the www in the url when working in your site builder admin, otherwise you may have difficulty editing pages.

Note that your Site Builder login is not the same as your cPanel login. Your cPanel login is server-assigned. Your Site Builder admin login has a different username, and allows you to choose your own password.
