Off the bat...
If you're trying the tickboxes, try the numbers.
If you're trying the numbers, try the tickboxes.
Sometimes this works.

Or try changing permissions with ftp client. For example, in Filezilla (ftp client) I can right-click folders and select "file attributes," which sometimes changes file permissions when cPanel is ineffectual.

If neither works, we'll investigate further and fix it quick.

Tickboxes and numbers obviously in your cPanel file manager (should have been clearer)

First thing you should always do if suddenly you can't upload anything more, or do anything in your hosting account, is go to your cpanel and take a look at quotas.

You are over quota for disk space. So you cannot write anything new to your account. This also means you can't receive emails - and your Member account contact email is the same as your hosting account email. My answer to your support ticket bounced back because your hosting account cannot accept anything more.
