HTML editor wont work? for any files

Can anyone give some help, or info about this? I try to edit files and it just draws a blank screen in internet explorer and in firefox i get a message every now and then. Thanks

You have gone over your disk space quota in your account, therefore you cannot edit or add content to your pages.
