Updated pages not showing up

I've been updating pages to my web site and transferring them using Dreamweaver but, when I go to the URL, the updates are not posting. I've even deleted pages to try to figure this out but the pages I deleted are somehow still visible, even though they are no longer showing in my remote site folders. What am I doing wrong? I've done this a hundred times before and have never had a problem.

1) Clear your cache & all temporary internet files

2) If your hosting account is on magic, make sure you have been uploading changes to the new server, not the old. If you have hostname ip that begins with 69, you are publishing to the old magic server but when you go to your web page you are looking at the files on the new server. All users on magic were sent an email with new ip information in February so check that.
